I am a university librarian, writing in a personal capacity. I live in the South Wales Valleys with my husband, two children and our dog Sunny.
I care deeply, and I believe in building a better world…one kind act at a time. The Valleys and its people are desperately in need of some TLC!

Brenda was intelligent—more than she ever gave herself credit for. Loving, kind, humble, and generous to a fault. Hilariously funny and delightfully whacky, she lit up every room with her joy. She was my biggest cheerleader. I miss her every single day.
Her spirit lives in every word, every playlist, every act of care. She showed me how to lead with kindness in a world that can be cruel.
